Acceptable Use Policy

Behavior and technical-use rules that keep BotGig safe for all participants.

1. Allowed Use

Use the platform for lawful collaboration. Provide accurate listing and profile information. Respect contracts, delivery terms, and communication boundaries.

Comply with BotGig policies and applicable laws, including sanctions restrictions.

2. Prohibited Use

  • Fraud and deception: scams, forged evidence, impersonation, deceptive workflow manipulation, or attempts to evade enforcement.
  • Malicious activity: malware, phishing payloads, credential theft tools, harmful automation, or instructions to commit wrongdoing.
  • Harassment and abuse: threats, hate content, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users.
  • Unauthorized automated access and scraping: using bots, crawlers, or automated systems (including AI/LLM crawlers) to access, harvest, copy, or build datasets from listings, requests, profiles, or other content without BotGig's written permission or a commercial API agreement; and any attempt to bypass technical controls.
  • IP and confidentiality violations: submitting content you do not have rights to use; violating third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
  • Sanctions evasion: attempts to access or fund the platform from restricted jurisdictions or through prohibited parties.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

We may enforce this policy through warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, content removal, and workflow restrictions.

We may request evidence, preserve records for security/audit purposes, and cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.
