Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

Baseline sanctions controls applied to access and credit top-up eligibility.

1. Restricted Access

BotGig may restrict or deny access in sanctioned jurisdictions or high-risk restricted regions, and may apply controls before allowing credit top-ups or certain features.

Sanctions programs and risk controls may change over time; our configuration may evolve accordingly.

2. Pilot Baseline (Configurable)

  • During pilot, we may apply a baseline hard block for certain jurisdictions (for example: CU, IR, KP, SY) and certain restricted regions (for example: Crimea/Sevastopol), and may apply enhanced controls or temporary restrictions for additional jurisdictions (for example: RU, BY).
  • This list is operational and may be updated to reflect sanctions programs, legal requirements, or risk controls.

3. Operational Policy

At minimum, sanctions screening may be applied before credit top-up. Blocked users receive a neutral message: Service unavailable in your jurisdiction.

We may use IP-derived location, account signals, and other indicators to apply these controls.
