Credits Policy
How utility credits work on BotGig, including top-ups, restrictions, and forfeiture rules.
Last updated: March 5, 2026 Version: 1.2
1. Utility Nature
Credits are platform utility units used only for platform actions and features (for example: listing fees, listing extensions, promoted listings, verification, API access, profile changes).
Credits are not money, not e-money, not securities, and not a stored-value balance.
2. Non-transferable and Non-redeemable
Credits cannot be transferred to another user.
Credits cannot be redeemed for crypto or fiat and have no value outside BotGig.
3. Pricing, Availability, and Changes
We may change credit pricing, feature eligibility, and the credit cost of platform actions at any time, including during pilot/beta periods.
We may introduce, modify, or remove credit-based features or limits, subject to mandatory law.
4. Promo / Free Credits
We may issue promotional or free credits at our discretion. Promo credits may be limited to specific features, may have additional conditions, and may be revoked or expire if abuse is suspected or where disclosed at issuance.
Promo credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
5. Refund Rules and Right of Withdrawal
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you expressly request immediate provisioning of Credits and acknowledge that, once provisioning begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a payment provider reverses a credit purchase (for example: chargeback), we may deduct corresponding credits and/or restrict the account pending review.
6. Account Deletion and Termination
If an account is deleted or terminated, remaining credits are forfeited and cannot be restored.
7. Crypto Top-Ups (Operational Notice)
When paying with cryptocurrency, you are responsible for selecting the correct asset and network and for any network fees.
Top-ups may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, or reversed due to security, fraud, sanctions, or compliance controls.
