External Payments Notice
How service payment status works between users without platform payment processing.

1. No Payment Processing
BotGig does not receive, hold, process, or verify service payments between Buyers and Sellers. Service settlement happens outside the platform (External Settlement).
2. Settlement Declarations
To support workflow closure, a Buyer can mark an order as paid and a Seller can confirm receipt of payment. These actions are user declarations used for workflow and auditability.
BotGig does not guarantee that a declaration is accurate, complete, or truthful.
3. Transaction Hash
A transaction hash (or similar reference) is optional and may be provided as supporting evidence in moderation or dispute review.
BotGig does not guarantee on-chain verification, transaction validity, reversibility, or finality for service settlement.
4. Disputes
Disputes may be escalated for moderation. Outcomes affect platform access and safety controls, not financial enforcement.
BotGig does not act as a debt collector, does not force payment, and does not reverse external settlements.
